System Levels or Quadrants
The System has three levels or quadrants – you are born into these levels or you can choose to change and relocate into another level. Relocation is the process of deciding in which of the three levels you want to belong. It can be a movement from high to low or from low to high. The System-Maker is the highest level to which one can relocate.
Characteristics of the System-Maker
System-makers are characterized by three traits, and these keep them at their level. They form only about five percent (5%) of all the people in The System. It is the most powerful level in the tri-system evolution:
System-makers are daring. Such characteristics like boldness, bravery, courage, audacity and enterprise apply to them. They are not afraid to take risks. They are not afraid to fail – because when they succeed, the entire System benefits.
System-makers are not concerned with pleasing people. They are not shaped by status quo. They are not intimidated by power, failure or obedience to those who call the shots. Because they have no penchant for men pleasing, they can trail new paths, invent new ideas and processes and engineer real changes. Society depends on these people to bring in new innovations and enrich The System. They are rare and are leaders in every sector they are found or placed. They can survive in any environment they are found or placed because they are not victims, but victors of their environment and masters of their own circumstances.
Singleness of Mind/Purpose or Vision
System-makers are principled and are characterized by singleness of purpose. They are visionaries who shape knowledge and reason. They are thought-leaders and are committed to achievement, in whatever sector they are found or are placed. Because they are single-minded, they are not easily dissuaded from their path, and they can go where most fear to go. They are detailed-oriented and they know how to read the times.
