Charles Mwewa's, The System

chapter 3: The System-Maintainer

The System-maintainers are maintenance-oriented and they are characterized by three traits, and these define their place in The System. This level accounts for twenty-five percent (25%) of all the people in The System. It is the most consequential level in the tri-system evolution:

Sense of Rightness

Because they possess righteous qualities, they preserve and maintain The System. They are characterized by great honesty. This trait enables the System to have a stronger tolerant percentile and survival rate in challenging times. Righteousness upholds The System, because it reduces tendencies that are likely to derail or bring The System to a halt, tendencies like corruption, bribery, extortion, thievery, laziness and the like.

Obedience and a Sense of Compliance

They are rule-compliant and do have a choice to say “Yes” or “No.” They obey laws and are likely to follow the established norms. They are stickler to morality and would do everything to support efforts of social justice and peace.

Task Accomplishment

They have a knack for task-accomplishment, so they can be trusted to manage The System.

A great many people are born in this quadrant. They are the political leaders, social mobilizers, religious propagators, academic influencers, and so on. They have been responsible for making the world the way we see and know it today. They are lower than the Makers but are by far higher than the Grinders. They create laws and enforce them. They propagate theories, ideologies and theologies. They challenge their communities to think hard and make progress.

They are teachable and do take instructions well. They are well-organized and orderly. They synergize The System towards greater effectiveness and efficiency.

They respect time, abide by time and manage time well. They are dedicated towards making The System function well and in a timely manner.
