System-grinders are the cheap or free labor-force, the minions who do the wishes and dreams of the System-maintainers. They are characterized by three traits, and these define their place in The System. This level accounts for seventy percent (70%) of all the people in The System. It is the most tenuous level in the tri-system evolution:
These people are victims of The System. They usually have no choice; they must do whatever The System dictates. They are “Yes, yes people.” Sometimes saying, “NO,” to the whims of The System may cost them freedom or even death. They maintain the status quo and are expected to be found at the same place year in and year out. They are static, immovable and make no observable progress. They submit to the thinking and philosophy of their Masters, bosses or employers. They are socially blind followers, intellectually inept, psychologically impotent, politically abused, and religiously ignorant enchanters. They are, “Yes, yes, ruble-rousers.” They do not use their brain effectively to engage in cosmic, metaphysical, abstract or opinionated mental intercourse. They may have ideas, but these are bequeathed to The System and others take the credit. They are usually poor socially, and positionally remain at the bottom of the food-chain.
They usually give up too easily. They fear change, and they rarely take steps that will lead to change. They remain where they are and are reluctant to change even the basics of life, such as their sanitary environment. They always blame somebody else for their misery, usually the Government or parents.
They feel hopeless even to exercise their basic freedoms. They always need someone else to tell them what to do. They shun investing into the future – because to them – the future belongs to others. They are boxed into a cocoon of bondage; they rarely voice their concerns. They accept whatever comes to them or the conditions in which they were born as fate deterministic.
They think that they deserve to suffer to gain or earn a place in society. They think that they must be punished when they do something not desired by their Masters or bosses or employers. They think that they deserve to be poor, broke, bare, empty or having no social means of progress – like property, the nice things of life or even peace.
The word “commoners” define their station in life. Common fate, common sharing, common ownership and common belonging is the philosophy that they believe is innocuous and fair. They like common things because they think that they are not sophisticated and competent enough to be and do things on their own. They long for a common or joint agenda because in it they hide their frailties and insecurities.
Commoners, in addition, have three liabilities:
Fear of Change – change eludes them, it threatens them. These people can endure enslaving conditions without attempting to escape. They may be dogged by repressive regime and they would not raise a voice. They fear change so much that they have no faith in their own abilities to succeed. Commoners usually remain common – they are averse to new things. They know that they are victims of The System, but they are hopeless to change it. And since they cannot change it, they resign themselves to be absorbed by it and to do The System’s bidding. Fear of change is one of the primary liabilities of the commoners. This makes it possible for a mass of people to be deceived and cheated at once. Sometimes the entire nation is deceived in this way. Think of politicians who achieve nothing in their tenures and still get elected term after term. Commoners are easily persuaded, and this is highly possible because they are averse to change.
Order Paranoia – they worship order, but it enslaves them. They religiously submit to order, even if that order is dictatorial, suppressive or repressive. They repeat orderly salutes and praise elevated language of those who enslave or discriminate against them. They are slaves of The System.
Conservative Fixated – they are obsessed with traditionalism, but it disillusions them. They want to continue the path of their ancestors, even if it leads to more bondage and repression. They miss the “good, old days,” even when those days were marked by massive racial and cultural segregation, discrimination and degradation of the human soul. They do not fight for progress – they think that progress is anathema to good conscience. They believe everything their oppressive Masters, multi-million-dollar corporations and bosses tell them.
