I dwell in the shelter of the Most High
I rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
The Lord is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, I trust You.
Surely, You will save me from the fowler’s snare
and from Coronavirus.
You will cover me with Your feathers,
and under Your wings, I will find refuge;
Your faithfulness will be my shield and protection.
I am not afraid of the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the virus that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at my side,
ten thousand at my right hand,
but such will not come near me.
I will only observe with my eyes
and see the punishment of wicked forces.
Again, I say, “LORD, You are my refuge,”
and I have made You, the Most High, my dwelling,
no harm will overtake me,
no disaster will come near my house.
God, command Your angels concerning me
to guard me in all my ways;
God, let Your angels lift me up in their hands,
so that I will not strike my foot against a stone.
I will tread on the lion and the cobra;
I will trample the great lion and the snake.
God, You have confirmed that I love Him,
therefore, You will rescue me;
God, protect me, for I know You already have.
I will call on God, and He will answer me;
God is going to be with me in trouble,
God will deliver me and honor me.
With long life, God will satisfy me
and He will also save me.
In Christ Jesus’s name, Amen!
#Coronavirus Prayer1
Father and God, at Your knees I lay flat
It’s for the world, for the sick, I aim at
Those who contracted coronavirus
For these I pray, in the name of Jesus
In their hour of need, God, remember them
To You, let them look and in You hold firm
That by the blood of Christ, Lord, please forgive
In Your strength and harmony, let them live
Oh God, save all, and many of them heal
We pray, their disease take, and their pain feel!
#Coronavirus Prayer2
Father, Lord of creation, our prayers hear
For those who have succumbed, we drop a tear
Don’t refuse, but our supplications heed
Oh Lord, we look to You, it’s You we need
Like a whirlwind, the virus widely spreads
Like a swam of locusts, lungs it invades
The great and the small, it shows no pity
East to West, North to South, it rages gritty
But You’re Lord of elements, God of war
Oh defeat, conquer it, its fang, abhor!
#Coronavirus Prayer3
You dwell in heaven, earth is Your footstool
He who says You are not, is but a fool
But the wise know, that You’re rich in kindness
You are balm of Gilead, bodies You bless
There is nothing too hard for You, nothing
You can mend all, anything and everything
O Lord, You send Your angel and heal all
You command the vapors, and the rains fall,
Oh Lord God, speak to the wind, end the plague
And save us from the spite called COVID-Snake!
#Coronavirus Prayer4
Our Lord, God, Savior and mighty rescuer
In times of darkness, You’ll be there for sure
Our streets are emptier, grim fear grips the land
Experts have run out of answers at hand
It’s You, only You all eyes are fixed on
Without Your help, all our hope will be gone
Our work in the labs will be futility
Our laws in parliament will be empty
Only Your help will win us the battle
Your open arm, stops the bug to rattle!
#Coronavirus Prayer5
You’re merciful, for Your creatures, You care
You’re generous, all Your bounty You share
In our time of need, we depend on You
In Your presence, our medicine is due
Oh Lord, our petition is this: Come now
At Your altar of grace, we humbly bow
Our elderly, save from untimely death
Our populations, don’t reduce on earth
Through the blood of Jesus our Redeemer
Keep us immunized from the ugly gr’mmer!
#Coronavirus Prayer6
I would have lost hope, unless I believed
I thought of the Lord and I was relieved
Because with You, Oh Lord, is salvation
With You, ancient of days, is redemption
Those who lament, they will bewail no more
All their tears and infirmities will go
For their Protector is alive and speaks
When infections rise, His kind mercy peaks
My God, I know You are working night and day
For Africa, Europe, Asia, I pray!
#Coronavirus Prayer7
There’s no-one like You, Father, rich in grace
No, none like You, who is in every place
You’re not oblivious to our anxieties
You have not forsaken our societies
You hear us each time we call, You are near
Because of this knowledge, we will not despair
Our trust is only in Your everlasting love
We refuse to look anywhere but above
In due course, the pandemic will all end
In the end, the glory is Yours, our Friend!
#Coronavirus Prayer8
I heard of the ruin of coronavirus
I was not afraid, I trust in Jesus
The Lord is mighty to save, to restore
All the losses, He can give them back more
He’ll not withhold food to those who believe
He will distribute grace by which to live
Rejoice, O earth, for His goodness is here
His angels us with goods they will endear
Lord and my God, supply us with bounty
Our bank accounts replenish with plenty!
#Coronavirus Prayer9
My Father, for the poor I intercede
For them, this orison I meekly plead
That You remember them in their needful hour
With miracles, work wonders in power
And do not let anyone of them perish
Their hungry tummies fill, their tears cherish
Oh God, for America calm its heart
For the Islands, don’t let them fall apart
Let all the people of the earth fear You
Let their all faith in You put and renew!
#Coronavirus Prayer10
I love You, Lord, because You’re always good
In coronavirus time, You’ll give food
You’ll answer prayer and bestow honor
Gold is Yours, resources, You’re the owner
Even though virus is poison, it shan’t all kill
Even though it runs deeply, You shall heal
All the needs of Your people, You’ll supply
Soon the COVID-19, we shall bid bye
I thank You because all shall soon be fine
In the name of Jesus, the glory is thine!
#Coronavirus Prayer11
I watched the waste of Covid-19 in Italy
The greatest hit is against the family
O Lord, I pray, spare Your ancient city
For Rome is in Your plan, a place of amity
Spare, I pray, the elderly and the children
Those who may not survive, take to Heaven
Be merciful, O Lord, as is Your nature
And keep our earth, preserving it for the future
In the name of Jesus, our Lord and healer
Be to us, Jehovah Rapha, our appealer!
#Coronavirus Prayer12
O Lord, I mourn, for the inhabitants of Spain
I can relieve their unimaginable pain
For coffins are laid as confetti
There is no space for wreaths in the city
Dignity is sacrificed for convenience
Oh, dear Lord, I beg for Your lenience
Oh please, I pray, stop the angel of death
Save the nation, hold fast its needed breath
For the sake of Jesus, speed the recovery
When it’s over, let Christ be their discovery!
#Coronavirus Prayer13
It is not the time to blame anyone or China
Nor blame New York or North Carolina
It shouldn’t matter where the virus came from
Since we’re all affect’d abroad or at home
Oh Good Lord, I ask for Your forgiveness
Even those who least love You, still them bless
That perhaps they will also know Your grace
And come closest to the Most Holy Place
And there discover the One who did die
So that they may be saved and bid Hell bye!
#Coronavirus Prayer14
You will not forsake Germany and Iran
Nor despise the bright people of Wuhan
Lord, You love all the nations equally
You will not treat people unequally,
Because of Your never-ending sympathy
The homeless You will regard with empathy
Even the fatherless are safe in Your care
The neglected Your comfort will not spare
Oh, Father of Love, the nations are breaking
Oh Lord, comfort, comfort Thee the aching!
#Coronavirus Prayer15
That servant of Yours, with no subsistence
I pray, keep in Your lasting existence
That faithful pastor who for Thee laboreth
His daily bread and drink do provide forth
Deny Thee not the righteous their portion
Nor distance Yourself in their distortion
For God, You’re not unrighteous to forget
Their love’s work, nor Your goodness to abet
For whenever in Your name they administered,
It was Thee, Lord, through them Thou ministered!
#Coronavirus Prayer16
For my family, wife, children, I pray
Father, protect them, each ‘n’ everyday
Although we may have ambled in hazard
Even then our prayer You have answered
You’ve made a table in the midst of plague
You’ve made the viral symptoms go vague
You have rebuked their spite into silence
You’re our strong tower, our mighty pilonce
Oh Lord, let neither poison nor this virus
Have a hold on us, in the name of Jesus!
#Coronavirus Prayer17
We shall abide under Your wings, O Lord
The harmful wind won’t on us have a hold
For the dear blood of Christ, is our defence
The blitz of Covid will never commence
This’s the hope those who believe in Christ have
The vast shield You bestow on those You love
They shall freely walk in the valley of death
And still their years shan’t be reduced on earth
Lord, Commander of the divine forces,
To save, come, fight them on holy horses!
#Coronavirus Prayer18
Father, we shan’t be discouraged even once
In midst of a pandemic, we shall dance
Because our hope doesn’t come from the mountain
Our faith is in God, our perpetual fountain
We shan’t fear that which only the flesh kills
And can’t maim the soul nor to life send chills
We shall feast at the battlefront of corona
From its teeth we shall escape like Yonah
Since the name of our God is a strong tower,
The Righteous there, are secured in power!
#Coronavirus Prayer19
If it was not for the Lord who shielded us
If not for the power in the name of Jesus
Then Covid would have shamed us into defeat
The arsenal of Hell would have axed our feet
But God is a shield and armor to His people
He won’t allow them the bug to creeple
Our God will preserve our souls unto Christ
For we are His, folks He has highly priced,
He will also for us work day and night
And against the scourge, put up a good fight!
#Coronavirus Prayer20
Oh Covid, though you may rage like a lion
There is only Christ who is stronger than iron
He also has prepared an army of heaven
And centred the bowls in groups of seven
There is also no weapon formed against us
That will penetrate the fortress called Jesus
For in Him, we live, move and have our being
In Him, we are safe from the Covid thing
In Him, we have guaranteed victory
In Him, this pandemic will also be history!
#Coronavirus Prayer21
The nations are in mourning, small to great
There is no dwelling their din would not bleat
Those with gross pre-existing conditions,
And the aged are dying without volitions
Soldiers are burying us without prayer
Oh Father, this whole thing isn’t at all fair,
It may seem, Lord, as though You are not there
But You are Shammah, and You are aware
We pray, render the heavens, Lord of Hosts
And save all, before they give up their ghosts!
#Coronavirus Prayer22
They are doing their best, national leaders
And taking records, the media readers
They spend hours for a cure, our scientists
And they’re diverting people, our artists
They’re giving comfort and hope, our preachers
And educating publics, our teachers
But if the Lord Sabaoth does not build a house
All these efforts are nothing but doubts
So, Lord, anoint the efforts of the working men
And bless the umph of laboring women!
#Coronavirus Prayer23
There will be terrible times in the last days
And people will follow their evil ways
In later times some will abandon the faith
And will elect to least love like a wraith
But You will never forsake Your remnant
You will keep them away from inclement
Oh Lord, shadow us from the pestilence
From the awful stupor of its malevolence
Indeed, for us to live is but for Christ
And if we should die in Him, it’ll be sufficed!
#Coronavirus Prayer24
Dear Father, I pray that we shall love others
All peoples are either sisters or brothers
That we shan’t rejoice with the related evil
For the worm’s toxin is of the devil
Lord, I pray, let all men for all women care
All women what they have, with men will share
For love conquers all, including the virus
We shall overcome in the name of Jesus
Oh Lord, in our troubled hour, please see us
In shambles or utter chaos, don’t leave us!
#Coronavirus Prayer25
But Jesus was pierced for our transgressions,
He was beaten for our indiscretions
They did crush Him for our iniquities;
He was led naked for our indignities
The punishment that brought us peace was on Him,
The groans of His burdens were notes for our hymn
He took on our illnesses, carried our sorrows;
He endured darkness, to free our tomorrows
He was stricken by God, struck down, afflicted
By His wounds we are healed, all Hell defeated!
1. Bad news can make things worse; find good news to help you live one day at a time.
2. You are alive, that is something to celebrate each day.
3. However fearful you are, you can’t beat the virus by fearing it, so, be happy and positive each day.
4. No matter what or how ruthless coronavirus is, it can only kill very few humans in the world. You will be among those who will survive it!
5. There is no day/light without night/darkness; after this dark pandemic, you will rise up stronger and wiser in the light of life.
6. No matter how much it spreads, if it’s not your time to die, even Covid-19 will not take you out!
7. Covid-19 kills easily those who are afraid to die; if you have faith to live, you will live!
8. Covid-19 is one of the infirmities Jesus took in his body on the Cross, I am sure you can find ready remedy through faith in Jesus Christ!
9. Don’t be disheartened, or discouraged, there are so many good things in the world, such as you, your family, you loved ones, your friends and so on – enjoy them!
10. If you die, so what, everyone will one-day die; what matters is that you die with faith in God!
